A. Our Money4Gold Kit™ is both postage-paid and insured for up to $100.00. If a loss occurs due to theft, our insurance company will pay you for that loss.

Q. How much will Millions-4-Gold pay me for my precious metal items?
A. This is completely covered on our website page under pricing. However, to summarize, we pay the standard ‘spot’ price given by the market at the time we calculate your payment, based upon our assay of the actual precious metal content in each piece

Q. Suppose I’m unhappy with the amount you pay me? What can I do?
A. In the event that you are not satisfied with the amount we send you, you you may return our check within ten (10) days. Upon receipt of the check, Millions-4-Gold will return your property immediately.

Q. How will you pay me?
A. We can either send you our check for payment-in-full or pay you electronically via PayPal if you have a PayPal account.

Q. How long will it take until I receive my cash payment?
A. Generally speaking, the entire process from mailing your items to Receiving your payment takes 7-10 days. This includes the time it takes the postal service to deliver your property to us.

Q. How do I tell if my property is real gold?
A. Almost all real gold jewelry contains a Karat mark (10K, 14K, 18K, 24K) which represents the percentage of gold from which it is made. It is generally inside rings and on the clasp area of necklaces, chains. Examine each piece carefully to find it. If there is no mark, chances are you don’t have a real gold piece.
